Lead Generator - Telesurveying

(Outbound)

The Role

As a Lead Generator, your role will be to provide a continuous stream of qualified leads by gathering information through Business-to-Business telephone surveying. To be successful, you must be comfortable generating a large volume of short outgoing calls per day where volume of calls equals results.

Experience

Previous telemarketing experience is preferred but not essential. Some post secondary education is preferred. The opportunity would also be suitable for students with a mature voice enrolled in a degree or diploma program. Must speak clear, articulate English and be proficient in Microsoft Windows environment. Familiarity with CRM software such as ACT or Maximizer is preferred.

Hours

Hours are flexible. Most of our lead generators work between 5 and 7 hours per day. Calls may be made between 6am and 5 pm depending on time zones being called. American Statutory holidays are observed.

Compensation

Our performance based pay structure allows the lead generator to work at their chosen pace. Equivalent hourly rates are minimum $ 12 - $ 20+ depending on performance.

Confirmer / Database & Direct Mail Production


Confirming information by business to business surveying is one of the main tasks of this position. Importing and exporting of data files and production of mail merged direct mail are required. Careful attention to detail and understanding of database structures desirable.

Post secondary education in library sciences would be an asset.

Hourly plus performance bonus. Permanent full or part time. Flexible working hours.

If you have a minimum of one years experience as an agent in an outbound call centre and are seeking an opportunity to be surrounded by positive people and be part of a dynamic and growing business, we would like to hear from you.

As a Contact Centre for Appointment Setting, your role will be to secure appointments for sales organizations by effectively promoting their products and services with pre-qualified and pre-introduced prospects.
